Sam Christy, RD LDN, wants to help you become your happiest, healthiest self.
Sam believes that ALL bodies are worthy of love and care, and offers nutritional counseling, personal training, and body image coaching that empowers you to feel confident in your own skin.
She specializes in helping people repair their relationship with exercise so that it stops being a punishment and becomes a celebration of what our bodies can do. Sam believes that movement should become intuitive and that through strength we gain our power and confidence.
