Head Honcho Sam

Sam offers in-person personal training at her home in Cleveland, Ohio.

In her gym you will find:

  • a friendly emotional support dog named Rico

  • Kettlebells, Barbells, Cable Machines, dumbbells, and other fun toys

  • a mirror-free and private environment

  • walls filled with personal bests and accomplishments that measure our STRENGTH but never our weight

  • Fun music blasting - typically some 90s, early 00’s and definitely Britney Spears and Taylor Swift

Paige

Paige is a Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and Nutrition and Wellness Coach. She became interested in the field of health and wellness after experiencing her own struggles and confusion around exercise, nutrition, and health. Her approach focuses on how you feel rather than on weight and the scale.

Paige offers virtual personal training.

Working with Paige you will be guaranteed:

Linzy

Linzy is dedicated to helping individuals live healthier, more fulfilling lives through health, wellness, and exercise. Growing up surrounded by the health and fitness world and playing collegiate ice hockey for Liberty University fueled Linzy's passion for this field. She holds a bachelor's degree in exercise science with a cognate in fitness specialist.

As a certified Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-EP), Linzy has personally trained and coached group fitness classes for over a year. Her goal is to continually learn and grow to better support clients in reaching their fitness and wellness goals. Linzy is excited to work together to make health and fitness an enjoyable and integral part of your life and to be part of your journey towards a healthier, happier you!
